You may read the steps below and say that this is what happens already. It does and it should, but please bare in mind that there are others who are totally new to Cypriot processes. We believe in STEP 2 there hasn’t been the option for a fixed cost legal consultation package before. You would normally go from your initial enquiry to engaging the services of your chosen legal advisor. This will allow you to make a better informed decision on what you would like to do next, calm your fears and possibly resolve your concerns without having to legally go any further.
Step 1
Use our contact form to let us know how we can be of assistance to you. Your query will be directed to a qualified professional who will respond to you directly by email. They will give you advice on what is the most suitable course of action for you to take or what policies are best suited to your needs. There is no charge for this, however there may be fee’s should you wish to proceed further (legal advice/action) and this will be explained to you at the time of your enquiry.

Step 2
If your enquiry is regarding insurance or to do with property, in this step all costs and commissions will be explained to you here. This means there will be no unexpected costs and you will have peace of mind knowing what you are getting for your money.
You have made an enquiry regarding a legal matter and wish to know more. For a fixed fee you will be able to have a one to one with a legal adviser who will explain in detail what your options are and what the process involves should you wish to proceed. Costs and time frames will be explained to you and whether you have a chance of success. A letter may be all you require to remind someone of their legal responsibilities and this will also be included in the fixed fee.
Step 3
During this stage you should have all the information that you require and be prepared to complete and sign any documentation that is required. Make sure that you are clear about everything before committing yourself to signing on the dotted line.
If you are at this stage legally be 100% sure that this is what you want. Litigation can be costly and take time to resolve. Legal action isn’t straightforward and can be stressful, your legal representative is there to support you and to get the right result for you. Do not be put off by legal action, it is daunting and a lot of companies, people rely on the individual not to be strong enough to go to court.
